When I refer to EncounterYou™ as
an “experience,” I mean experience!
We will embrace introspective growth, acting with intention, and building deep lifelong connections. Picture breathing in fresh air and unwinding in this eclectically elegant boutique hotel – envision a fusion of small-town charm and stylish decor, set in a calm, tranquil oasis surrounded by lush greenery and outdoor activities. Go for a nature walk, unwind by the pool, enjoy a drink around the fire with your empress sisters all while unwinding and forming conscious connections. Unplug from your everyday routine, plug into each other and prepare for an extraordinary experience and results. All of this is encompassed in your EncounterYou™ experience, including both the weekend and the yearlong growth container.

“The Frenchie is designed to deliver the warm, personal hospitality you expect at a traditional inn with all the luxurious hipness of an urban boutique hotel. We tried to push the boundaries of what is expected in a small rural town because we believe it’s possible to be trendsetting in the middle of tranquility. Sometimes those hip urban destinations feel unattainable, but everybody can get to Round Top—and once they get here they want to stay.”

Joni D. Goodman, CPTD is the creator of the EncounterYou™ Luxury Women's Experience and the Founder & Chief Breakthrough Officer for JDGAdvisors. She lives and breathes personal and professional development. Joni, a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator (CDTLF), recently received her certificate in Women Centered Coaching, a professional coaching program specializing in empowering self-actualizing women one-on-one, as well as a professional facilitator who leads extraordinary workshops, women’s circles, retreats and more. An enneagram #7 with a background in biochemistry (say what?), you can usually find her explaining all the physiological reasons behind our imposter syndromes and how to let it go to live our best life. Joni is known for creating safe spaces where leaders can put down their armor and lean into growth. To know her is to love her dance breaks and epic playlists. A recovering anxiety-ridden teen from Indiana, Joni pulls from her personal experiences and those of others to help leaders, individuals, and teams to be self-aware so they may more effectively communicate. Grounded with gratitude, Joni guides and supports you to fully EmbraceYou™ . Joni is a published author in: “The Book of Road Tested Training Activities”, “Association for Talent Developments (ATD) Training Toolkit application”, and “101 Ways to Make Training Active”. She has been a featured speaker for the HR Houston Gulf Coast Symposium, Invesco and CenterPoint Energy Women in Leadership, Female Integrator Mastermind (FIM), Texas Executive Women, and W.I.S.E. (Women In Sport and Events) to name a few.
Joni is a graduate of the Center for Houston’s Future Business and Civic Leadership Forum. She was awarded as a Texas Executive Women (TEW) 2023 Women on The Move Honoree and received the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Houston Community Impact Award for her dedication and support to the talent development and training community.

This luxury experience includes a three-day weekend getaway, two connection calls, quarterly empress encounters, a mid-year reunion, and bi-weekly check-ins with a power partner. For the three-day weekend, arrive on Friday, February 28, 2025, at the Frenchie Boutique hotel and settle in before our opening session. The Sunday, March 2, 2025, session will conclude at 2:00 p.m.
